李新宇研究员

基本情况

李新宇,男,1981年生,博士,研究员,硕士生导师,本人于2010年(中山大学凝聚态物理专业博士毕业)来桂林理工大学理学院工作。

研究方向:半导体薄膜与器件,石墨烯超级电容器,现主持国家自然科学基金两项,主持其他各类基金项目3项。近年来,在"Appl. Phys. Lett."、"Electrochim. Acta","Applied Surface Science"、"J. Appl. Phys"、"Mater. Sci. Eng. B"等国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文20余篇。
